Experience the body (skin, bones, muscles and organs), through the breath when set in relation to different dynamics. Develop bone awareness, and align the axial and appendicular skeleton for a perfect distribution of body weight. Become aware of internal space and of its relationship to external space. Free the body from unnecessary tensions and enjoy all the possibilities of spontaneous movement. Get to know the body itself as a search engine, able to make good use of its inherent physical structures and of its ability to flow between optimal tension levels.
Develop a stable and strong center from which to align the body in mobility, balance, imbalance and stillness. Improve and deepen sense of gravity, in its varied forms: centrifugal force, centripetal force, action, reaction, acceleration and fall. Stimulate deep psychophysical knowledge: a way of thinking about the body that stems from the complexity of mind-body interaction. From creative, emotional and transcendent (holistic) possibilities.
