Choreographic training proposal that focuses on the relationship between the bodies with the space,

the group and the musicality.


It is based on short sequences of feet and pelvis,

with the exhaustive use of rhythm

and repeated in a loop

(the Mantra).

In many spiritual practice techniques, mantras are used as a tool for concentration, relaxation and connection with the concentration, relaxation and connection with the present moment. Methodology
